總則

Lumimi Asset 是一款在你的 Mac 上本機運作的 AI 素材工作台。開發者不收集、不儲存、不傳輸任何你的個人資料或圖片內容，App 內沒有任何分析、追蹤或廣告元件，也沒有開發者的伺服器。

你的圖片

你開啟、編輯與匯出的圖片完全保留在你的裝置上。App 在 macOS App Sandbox 中運作，只能存取你明確選取或拖入的檔案；「工作區」是位於 App 容器內的本機資料夾，內容不會被上傳到任何地方。

AI 生成（選用功能）

只有在你主動按下「生成」時，你輸入的提示詞，以及（若有）目前畫布的合成影像與你加入的參考圖片，會直接從你的裝置傳送到你自行選擇並設定 API 金鑰的第三方 AI 服務（OpenAI、Google Gemini、xAI），不經過開發者的任何伺服器。這些資料的處理適用各服務商的隱私政策。不使用 AI 功能時，App 完全離線運作。

API 金鑰

各家服務的 API 金鑰儲存在 macOS 鑰匙圈（Keychain），僅存於你的裝置，不會寫入設定檔或紀錄檔。

あなたの画像

開いた画像、編集内容、書き出したファイルは、すべてあなたのデバイス内に留まります。アプリは macOS の App Sandbox 内で動作し、あなたが明示的に選択またはドラッグしたファイルにのみアクセスできます。「ワークスペース」はアプリコンテナ内のローカルフォルダで、内容がアップロードされることはありません。

AI 生成（オプション機能）

あなたが「生成」を押したときにのみ、入力したプロンプトと、（ある場合は）現在のキャンバスの合成画像および追加した参考画像が、あなた自身が選択し API キーを設定した第三者 AI サービス（OpenAI・Google Gemini・xAI）へ、あなたのデバイスから直接送信されます。開発者のサーバーは経由しません。これらのデータの取り扱いには各サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。AI 機能を使わない場合、アプリは完全にオフラインで動作します。

API キー

各サービスの API キーは macOS のキーチェーンに保存され、あなたのデバイス内にのみ存在します。設定ファイルやログには書き込まれません。

Privacy Policy

Overview

Lumimi Asset is an AI asset studio that runs locally on your Mac. The developer does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data or image content. The app contains no analytics, tracking, or advertising components, and there are no developer-operated servers.

Your Images

The images you open, edit, and export stay entirely on your device. The app runs inside the macOS App Sandbox and can only access files you explicitly select or drag in. The “Workspace” is a local folder inside the app's container; its contents are never uploaded anywhere.

AI Generation (Optional)

Only when you actively press “Generate,” your prompt — and, if present, the current canvas composite and any reference images you added — are sent directly from your device to the third-party AI service you chose and configured with your own API key (OpenAI, Google Gemini, or xAI). Nothing passes through any developer server. Handling of this data is governed by each provider's privacy policy. Without the AI feature, the app works fully offline.

API Keys

Provider API keys are stored in the macOS Keychain and exist only on your device — never in preference files or logs.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be announced on this page and in the app's release notes.
